SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and standard delivery takes 7-15 business days after processing. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or the tracking stops updating, email us at shoptechoffer@gmail.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Not in love with your purchase? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at shoptechoffer@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
